"Good stay, van definitely showing its age. In need of repair in places. Little park outside. We didn’t use as no kids of relevant age. Water between the van and the park so would have concerned me if booked with that in view. Mostly clean with everything you need. If not a bit overpriced. It was bank holiday and the park was a sell out, so I’m sure that’s why. Bands for activities on the park paid for additionally so another cost to bear in mind. "Lovely room, nice and clean, roomy and a nice bathroom. Hand wash/ shower gel provided as was tea and coffee. The breakfast is an all you can eat buffet of hot and cold with vegetarian and gluten free options. My only niggle was that the hot food was more lukewarm than hot. I get that we were visiting midweek and there went many guests eating breakfast, but it was slightly disappointing. Check out was nice and simple, just drop your key in the box and leave."

"Staff were extremely helpful and professional the whole time. Our room was very nice & clean but a bit worn - the carpet had a lot of marks, and a few things needed a bit of repair like a loose window. I'm a sensitive sleeper and unfortunately the curtains did not fully cover the windows which let in light from the lamps outside in the courtyard. We had treatments at the spa which were very nice, and the spa itself was well set up. We did have dinner in the restaurant but I think it was very overpriced for some not particularly well cooked food - for £28 I would expect some really delicious pork and not need to order chips as well to be fed. Therefore we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel. There was a wedding on at the time and it didn't disturb us at all, but I suspect it meant the staff were a bit stretched. We did walk around the grounds which were very nice!"
