"All I need was a clean room with Wifi, bed and shower As well as breakfast. With an early flight out of Heathrow the next morning I did not need anything fancy. The hotel is ideally situated a few minutes walk, via covered walkway, from Terminal 4 with easy access to other terminals via the underground. The room was minimalist but clean with all the facilities I needed. Breakfast was good with friendly and helpful staff."

The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help.
