"This place advertises an airport shuttle. This is FALSE! The first thing I asked about was the shuttle as it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. They told me no, there is no shuttle nor has there been for a long time. Other than that, the room was small with four tiny, and very old, single beds and it was hot and stuffy. We also couldn’t get the free breakfast because we had to leave extra early since there was no airport shuttle! NOT RECOMMENDED!"

"Very good customer service with personal welcome by licensee supported by a helpful and friendly team. Clean room and comfy bed - fan provided but thankfully quite a cool room. Varied supper menu, generous portions, all freshly cooked. Good cask beer and excellent choice of reasonably priced wines. Pleasant outdoor seating area. Small brightly coloured breakfast room with simple but hot, freshly cooked breakfast. Limited parking but next door forecourt available until 9am as well as church car...

"I don’t often write reviews, and when I do, it’s usually to complain! I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and flexible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and felt it offered...
