"Hotel and room was very clean. check in and check was very easy and staff were on hand to support where needed. If you'd like to leave luggage in the hotels luggage hold, this will cost you £15 per day. Additionally it costs £40 for earlier check in. Unfortunately there were no facilities to make cups of tea"

"Truly wonderful place to stay for a weekend in London. Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to drop our bags when we arrived very early, holding them safely with tags on. Rooms have everything you need, such as fridge, hob and kitchenware. Comfortable beds and lovely view out over Canary Wharf. The terrace area was a real bonus, we brought a bottle of Prosecco up to share while sat in the sun! Finally, everywhere was incredibly clean and the local area felt really safe and modern - only a 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube and DLR."

"My room was perfect for a place to crash, and the hotel itself is comfortable when you want to come back and chill for a bit but also, y'know, you're traveling and don't want to be a hermit! Breakfast buffet surprisingly good! Would stay here again, and the instant coffee was also strangley good :)"

"The lifts took so long on check out departure, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get a lift. No tea or coffee in room we asked for a kettle that's all we go a kettle then it was such a process to get tea and coffee, Needs updating carpet in corridors threadbare and dirty Have to pay to service your room which is unusual but you need fresh towels! Fold-out couch very uncomfortable"
