"The desk clerk when we checked in was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The day time staff were very lovely so they made up the difference. Our room was spacious and bright and met our needs for our one night's stay."

"Check in was really easy and we got a free drink which was nice. Room was clean and quiet, which is surprising as our room was directly across from the lifts (elevators). Second night was great in the bar as there was an open mic event on nice and relaxed and a nice place to have some drinks. I would recommend staying here and will certainly return to Moxy York in the future as the hotel is 5-10 mins walk from the central areas "

Room was on the top floor, very comfortable and lovely bright decor. . Parking on site is also a big bonus. Breakfast was delicious and plentyful. Thankyou to all the great team."
