"One of the best hotels I've stayed at so far. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of different places, but Lone Star exceeded all my expectations. Fell in love with the place the minute I pulled up; it just had a different vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was squeaky clean, food was delicious; it was quiet, peaceful, calm, everything I wanted! The TV in my room was not connecting to the internet for some reason and they offered me a different room when I called to ask at midnight! Special shout-out goes to Chris who was at the front desk in the mornings for helping me with any concerns I had, and to Ms Winnie at The Water Trough for being the most caring and attentive and taking care of my food in every way!
