"Very easy check in. Very clean room that I’ve come to expect w/the Embassy Suites. Happy hour snacks was more filling than I expected and I surprididn’t even need dinner - it was cheese and crackers and veggies and dip. It was so relaxing I opted for late check out to enjoy the pool before I left. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mezzanine is beautiful and airy. I’d definitely stay again - it’s near so many things downtown!"

"We stayed here last Saturday, November 1st. Upon check-in, the staff wasn’t very accommodating, which made our first impression a bit disappointing. However, we appreciated that we were transferred to a higher floor — that was a nice gesture. The room itself was decent, but we noticed there weren’t enough tissue papers or napkins provided in the bathroom. Overall, our experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of hospitality and attention to detail. "
