"Beds, bathroom and room overall were very nice. We stayed in the Premier Tower and walls seemed thin due to us hearing our neighbors easily and AC was good but not great. Still would stay at this hotel again, lobby was beautiful!"

"There was an issue at the hotel and our reservation was bounced to another hotel. I was unhappy about it at first, due to traveling alone with my child and not having much notice. I didn't have time to map the route ahead, figure out parking issues, etc. However, the Staff were helpful, made it easy, and as soon as they knew there was a problem they fixed, making sure that I had a place to sleep (a lovely, safe, clean hotel) instead. Though I'm sad we didn't get to stay at this classic, historic Oakes hotel, my son and I had a great time in Niagara."
