It was all just wonderful except the carpet in the room was really dirty. It had been vacuumed and the room was VERY clean. But our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Probably time to replace with hard flooring that can be mopped. "

The best part was that we had something to do at the hotel at all times. "Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. "
"I stayed here for a best friend girls getaway September 12-14th. The room was wonderful, clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One spot is allowed per room and the only difficulty we had was finding close parking to leave our other car - this was expected as parking in Eureka is just hard all over town. I would highly recommend this cute and cozy spot and will definitely be back."
"This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are a little dated, but that was about it. The breakfast was hot and delicious and again, the breakfast room was very clean. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast kept eveything refilled and tables wiped down. Overall a great, clean place to stay."
