"Clean. Very comfortable. Staff was horrible and rude. They don't allow outside food. The food is very overpriced. Rude people. Not very understanding or kind. But the hotel is great. Small elevators. "

"We enjoyed a comfortable 4 night stay. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite and accommodating. On site laundry had multiple washers & dryers, made easily usable to pay by app. The breakfast was the BEST we've ever seen in all of our hotel stays. 10/10"

The staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We also really enjoyed Henry’s bar downstairs—the nachos and truffle fries were absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very nice, the staff was exceptional, took care of everything i needed. I had a king bed and views of the mountains. The hotel is close to the theater district and plenty of restaurants. It was rainy during my stay, but the staff let me borrow a ln umbrella!"
