"The property did not have central heating. There was only a small space heater available. There were three different groups of people in the house, so there was no hot water in the mornings. There were ducks for heat, but they were blocked with stuffing so that the heat could not enter. The location of the rental unit is behind the house and down a long flight of steps that is uncovered. I asked for a late departure, but would have had to pay over 1/3 of the price of the nightly rental."
