"Nicely refurbished in 2025. Close to riverfront, walking distance to park and food. Easy parking. Can be a bit noisy as it’s next to the bridge entrance."

"Lee Ann is a wonderful host, and my group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal with local bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it's still walkable to Bourbon St and the Superdome. The house is spacious and amenities like towels and shampoo were plentiful. Pool access was easy and the leftover sunscreen and festive hats were much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Front desk staff do it all but do it well. Kept up with breakfast and keeping everything stocked. Breakfast had a good selection. Nice place for the price."

"This house was immaculate! Everything was exactly as listed. The house,pier, yard,deck, and screened in porch were picture perfect. We enjoyed relaxing on the decks watching the slow trains go by, and in the evening using the large firepit. We brought our boat that we were able to dock at the pier to take to different little private beaches, and to the tiki bar just down the way. We loved everything about this place and area. We would stay here again!"
