"So check in was a bit different: then confusing. When I inquired about upgrading my room but needed fee and decided not to upgrade; staff seemed to be bothered (?). They placed my other guest in a beautiful room with nice view, but one bed and my reservation states 2 beds. Front guest told me I needed to call or email that request; I said why would if my reservation shows its 2 beds, Then the room they got next was not as nice it smelled mold mildew water (?). They moved again now these guest are over 65 & have moved 2 times and placed in the back of the hotel which required so much walking. They complained and spoke with I believe a manager or part owner unsure. There room was not changed, but a scooter was provided and a day in the cabana was provided, The food market was ok (I'm hard to please with food). My husband is a cook so I'm always judging. However everyone with us a total of 13 guest in all agreed the food was not as expected. This restaurant has so many nets or fruit flies it was ridiculous. They need to shut down every evening &fumigate that's how bad it was. The Jam Rock for dinner was good (fish). Fusin Asian cuisine was the best of those I tried & I ordered more. Mexican place was ok the kids loved the taco. The other group enjoyed the Italian I did not eat there though. The pools were nice & clean and entertainment staff was hype. Bartender Latoya great. The Aqua Snack bar has so many bees its scary but I never got bit. Overall I plan to go back Adult side."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Overall great service and the property is in good shape. The room was clean, the food was very good and the staff was friendly and responsive to my requests. The bed sheets were a bit dusty the first night but they were clean the rest of the nights."

"The staff here were lovely. The private access to the beach is so nice to have if you want to stay on property for that. We loved the swim up bar with TVS but it was a shame it closed at 6/6:30 pm every day. I would recommend this to go till 8pm as the pool closes at 9pm. The do not disturb door tag was kind of odd. Other than that it was convenient to the area and our purpose of a relaxing trip."

"Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel en especial a Starling por toda la ayuda. El servicio de limpieza es muy bueno. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%. Mi único inconveniente fue con un equipo que intenta venderte como un tipo de time share. Se ven MUY POCO PROFESIONAL y te vigilan en cuanto haces el check in y te ofrecen ayuda para que te sientas en compromiso de ir a la charla. Una vez allí te están presionando constantemente."

"¡Excelente servicio de nuestro Mayordomo VIP en Occidental Caribe – realmente superó todas nuestras expectativas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana en Occidental Caribe fue una experiencia verdaderamente especial, y nuestro Mayordomo VIP, Dionisio Díaz, hizo que fuera inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, Dionisio nos trató con una calidez y atención genuinas. Se fijó en cada detalle, se anticipó a nuestras necesidades y fue más allá de lo esperado para hacer que mi hermana se sintiera muy especial en su cumpleaños. "We enjoyed the pool proxemty to bldg. 5 & the bar & snack bar close by to the pool. The evening entertainment was nice, but it would have nice to have had one night of eight of a quieter nature for dancing for folks less than 30 !! The food in the resturants was excellent except for the Asian resturant. We didn't care for it at all. The morning meals were wonderful as was the staff !! Thanks for the shaved Smoked Salmon. My favorite each day. The tour guide folks were quite friendly and very helpful."
