"We stayed at this beautiful resort in August 2026 and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, always smiling and greeting us, which made us feel truly welcome. Our room was very comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly, we love sleeping in a cold room, and it had no problem keeping it at 68°F. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a softer feel rather than being too firm. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Nori. Chef Ivan M. created some of the best sushi fusion cuisine I've ever had. I've traveled around the world, and I can honestly say this was among the best sushi experiences I've ever had. Our server, Richard, was amazing as well. He was attentive, friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations from the menu, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend giving Nori a try! The pool was always clean, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The water was crystal clear, calm, and had little to no waves perfect for relaxing and swimming. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked another trip for September 2026! That says everything about how much we loved this resort. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming getaway. We can't wait to come back!"

"Everything was perfect. Food, staff, view, and shows. They only thing we can say was not excellent was we wished the room was cooler. Temp said 68 it won't let you go down further, but it felt more like 74. Our fault we probably should have brought that to their attention."

"Beautiful resort amazing pool just do need to be more cautious on cleaning it we are a lot of travelers, also really need to have more staff around the area of the pools not just at the bars and restaurants. Buffets are very good, Asian & Steak House was very good as well, a little more introduction towards the facility would help as of training the staff, asked a few and did not know either LOL. Overall was a good stay could of been better but it was a good Vacation."

"More Security in the Disco Room there was somebody smoking inside I told the security and he did nothing. The Phone did not work. And theirs a form to fill out for laundry use and I did not have it and I asked for it in front desk and never received it. Something simple other than that it was great."
