"I had an okay stay here, largely thanks to the attentive and professional staff who really do their best to look after guests. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve the guest experience. The most disappointing aspect was the pool area. All of the pools seemed to lack proper filtration; the water was filled with particles and felt uncomfortably warm rather than refreshing. Additionally, many of the pool chairs were dirty. The showers by the beach and pool also suffered from very low water pressure. In the room, the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's rest. I also felt the in-room alcohol selection could be upgraded. As for the dining, the food was average—not bad, but nothing memorable. It was a decent stay, but for the price, I expected a bit more cleanliness and comfort."

"There was something for everyone. Enjoyed the private island. My son and I played basketball for hours while my wife soaked up the sun on the beach. Enjoyed the live music while hanging out at the bar. Hot tubs and pools everywhere making everything so convenient. "

"The Resort was excellent and fun. The inroom dining food was not that good but there are many other options on the property. We have already booked for July."

"Overall, the stay was very good. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. My only issues were that we had to change suites twice and my cleaning lady was a little lax in her duties. I was with a group of 16 and no one else had these issues so I don't think it was that particular maid only and not an overall property issue. "
