"Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. The bathroom and bedding etc was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in was very easy and keyless and the host was quick to reply on the day when asking about the WiFi password...

"The house was lovely and a good location. There was a boiler issue and a clogged shower which wasn’t initially addressed as it was over a weekend but have since had a lovely apology. The communication on a weekend could be improved but overall the stay was a good one. "

"The property, was compact but just the job. It was clean and well presented. The location was perfect, close to major roads and with a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. The host was great. The only ‘negative’ was the Expedia app. We booked through Expedia and could not access the host’s messages through the Expedia site. Expedia needs to fix that. In the end we had to use the Vrbo app to access the hosts messages, Otherwise it was perfect."
