"This is an excellent hotel, with great staff and good location. The food was amazing and the overall standards were high on every count. This hotel has dining / eating facilities 24 hours a day! There are a few, very minor, negatives. The housekeeping staff were quite noisy outside the room in the corridor in a morning. Despite the do not disturb sign displayed on our door, one of the maids persistently knocked on the door. Also, the mini bar should be refreshed every second day - it wasn't....

"Beautiful hotel… amazing pizza station! Not the best food from the main restaurant and pan Asian. Also had issues booking reservations to restaurants which was very inconvenient. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of dining options with great food and excellent service. Also fabulous range of drinks and cocktails with attentive bar and waiting staff. The only only downfall was the cleaning of room each day was a little poor, forgetting basics such as toilet roll and the ants were persistent. It was also a struggle to get a seat in the evenings to watch the live entertainment, which was also really good. "

The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the manager was very hands on, keeping an eye on everything. The food on all inclusive was very good and varied and the pizzas were excellent. Drinks were great and never too much of a queue at the bars. "Great hotel, close to Hersonissos (small town with restaurants, bars, gift shops and nightlife). Staff are always happy to help and very welcoming and friendly. Buffet was really good, lots of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, options for everyone even the fussier eaters. Would highly recommend"
