"The staff are lovely, the Greek culture is lovely. What lets this hotel down are the some operational issues and unnecessary gimmicks in the rooms.
It struck me as technology for its own sake rather than being useful for guests. Great if you want to spend 5 minutes every night working out how to turn off lights, from the 5 different technology clusters in the room, some of which are touchscreens and others are hieroglyphic buttons. None are actual switches.
