"We had specifically booked this home looking forward to using the fireplace, only to find that the firewood we were told would be provided was delivered two days after we arrived.On top of that, the heating didn’t work in a large portion of the house, making certain rooms uncomfortably cold and essentially unusable. We ended up cramming into the few warmer areas just to get through the nights.What made everything worse was the owner’s complete lack of responsiveness. Messages were either ignored or answered hours (sometimes a full day) later with no meaningful solutions. When you’re dealing with basic issues like heat and hot water, that kind of silence is beyond frustrating—it’s irresponsible.Overall, this property failed on the most basic expectations: comfort, honesty, and communication. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless these issues are fully addressed. This stay felt like a gamble—and we lost."

"We recently stayed at this property in Waterville Valley. It was everything we hoped it would be. Great location and amenities. We had 13 people there and everyone was comfortable. The house didn’t feel crowded at all. The property manager, Joe was great to work with from the time we booked our stay right through our check out."

"Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club were nice to have access to after skiing. We would stay here again. "

"142 Black Mountain Rd was an ideal house for our visit in Lincoln , NH . Plenty of space for my very large family to spread out or cluster to share this special time together . My daughter (the bride) had a beautiful large room with gorgeous views and natural light to get ready . Plenty of bathrooms and accessories at our disposal . The house was immaculate . We were so happy to be here - thank you for making it so comfortable and convenient . Close to town and the mountain for everything we needed . A ski mountain top wedding ! Highly recommend for a multi ages family and or friends . "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is super responsive. Unlike many of the other condos we have stayed in at Loon, this condo was very well stocked - lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap in all the bathrooms and laundry detergent. This place is nicely decorated, updated and comfy. We enjoyed the pac-man game also! This was not an issue for us but as a note there are lots of stairs - it is four levels. Overall a great stay and a great host!"

"Another wonderful stay!This was our 2nd year at this amazing house with great space. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out, as well as gather as a group. The house was very clean and well cared for. The location offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to return next year!!"
