"Great property and great location. We were having a family gathering in Lincoln. The condo we own couldn’t fit everyone so we rented this home for overflow guests. I couldn’t be happier with everything about it. Updated, clean, spacious, great owner to deal with, etc. I would highly recommend and hope to use again."

"Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. However, TVs in both of the rooms we stayed in did not work properly. On a brighter note, the hotel is very close to the mountian and the staff seemed nice. "

"This is a great place to stay in Lincoln whether you ski or not. The home is very neat and has well made retro 70s furniture and lots of fun snowboard and music themed decor. Everything was well labeled. It was cool to see where some of the art was made. My daughter especially loved the shark and surf posters in the bunk room. We also did some puzzles and played a few trivia games.The location was perfect for us. We were about a 3 minute walk to use the spa to use the hot tubs, sauna, and pool for free. The resort restaurant does an awesome breakfast buffet all week. Dinner was great there too. We were not expecting much from a ski mountain restaurant, but it was better than a meal we got after driving down town.You can literally walk out of the spa and get on to the ski lift. Loon has reduced price afternoon tickets too. I was able to just jump on the lift one afternoon for 2 hours when the rest of the family wanted to watch a movie. You cant beat this for a laid back ski and stay long weekend! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend. The only thing I did notice there was no tenant info/instructions for us. We were able to figure things out, but it would have been helpful, instead of calling the management office all the time.Thanks for a clean and up dated house."
