"This establishment is basically a do it yourself type place. No one in the office at 3:30 pm to check us in or for the rest of the night. Another guest filled us in on how to proceed. No staff whatsoever to ask questions to or point us in the right direction. Everyone had only a note on a board with your name and your room number and code to get in. It advised to look at a map to find your room or cabin. It said check out was 10 am with no exceptions. Also said they would not answer a phone call after 8 pm because they needed their sleep too. The cabin: floor was very uneven so it felt like walking downhill. Beds were way too soft. We both got very little sleep and woke up with a backache.There was a big cobweb behind the toliet. A note from a housekeeper that basically asked for an appreciation tip. The only time we saw anyone was when we were driving away just because she was checking to see if people had left. My opinion is they want to run a business without being there. What if we would have had an emergency or needed something in our room? Heaven forbid if it was after 8 pm because their sign said they wouldn't answer calls! There is questionable security as anyone could have grabbed those notes with the codes and gotten into any room. The other two parties that were there were just as confused and disillusioned as we were. We would NEVER recommend this place and certainly never stay there again. Quite a few other places in town that I'm sure would be ten times better."

"Hotel was in a good location for our trip to Grand Tetons. The room was overall clean, but the bathtub was dirty, and we didn't feel comfortable taking a shower that day. When I went to check out, there was no staff available just a place to drop key. For that reason, we didn't inform staff about tub issue. The free breakfast was not appetizing, and we ended up eating out."

"While the hotel is in a lovely location and the staff is very sweet, regrettably we wouldn't stay here again. On our first night, the smoke and carbon monoxide detector began chirping. We couldn't reach after-hours staff and had to call the fire department to ensure there were no carbon monoxide leaks (thank goodness there were not and it was a faulty detector). The cabin also needs basic maintenance and amenities. There were no top sheets for the bunks (which staff did give me the next day when I asked), no window coverings in the second bedroom/bunkroom, and no screens in the bunkroom or kitchen windows, forcing us to choose between stuffy air or letting insects inside. Additionally, the lower stove door fell off as soon as I opened the oven, and the smoke alarm chimed immediately when we started cooking. There was also only one fan in the entire cabin, located over the master bed. In full transparency, the morning staff was incredibly apologetic and gave us a credit for one night. Further, we stayed at the beginning of the season so maybe they just needed more time. It’s a shame, as this place could be really nice with a bit more attention to detail. We were told they are going through rebranding, hopefully they get these things sorted out."

"Great location for snowmobiling! Property was as described - possibly even better. Ample room for multiple couples, super clean and well equipped. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the heated garage but it was nice having that as an option (honestly that is what sold us on this location). Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, towels and everything else. We snowmobiled right from the house. Drove to the Tetons & Jackson Hole another day. There are a couple restaurants/bars very close by that we checked out as well. The only utensil we couldn’t find in the kitchen was a potato masher, but we made due. Definitely looking to book again next year - with even more friends!!"

"This location is nice for snowmobiling enthusiasts. Our group enjoyed a trip to the area and several days of solid riding, with a comfortable cabin to crash in. We appreciated having a kitchen to utilize. The host, Mary, was very communicative up to check-in & then made sure that we knew she was accessible if anything was needed."

"We had 11 people in our group to go snowmobiling. Beautiful property and well taken care of. Traci was very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be booking again when we are back out west. "
