"Wish the staff was more present, especially when electricity went out for almost 3 hours. The phone number on empty check in desk went to phone on counter - nobody answered. Or even to ask for another roll of toilet paper (only 1/2 of roll in cabin). Thank goodness we brought our own. And why only 1 trashcan, no spare toilet paper, only 4 tissues in box and only 2 towels? Otherwise, the outside amenities by the river were nice."

"The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The problem was that both staircases leading to the second level were literally dangerous. The wooden slats were soft, semi-rotten, and loose. They weren’t safe for anyone to walk up or down, especially carrying luggage. Fix the stairs and I’d stay there again!"

"Lovely log cabin exactly as portrayed. Kim was great in communications with checking in & out. We stayed here with my 85 yr old dad & it was perfect for our stay!I will definitely be sharing with all my friends when recommending they visit Dubois."

"The room is part of a shop building. The rooms are professionally finished and extraordinarily well-maintained. The linens were “top shelf” and the pillows were comfortable as was the bed. The kitchen is set up with a microwave, toaster oven, two door fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and a complete laundry. There is a patio with a table and a propane grill available for use. The owner was very friendly and accommodating . A short walk down the driveway and you are at the river’s edge with a picnic table as well as a metal swing to enjoy the view of the river. We had a wonderful time and would be glad to stay in the future."
