"We stayed at the Triple Play resort for 2 nights so that we could spend a day at the water park and family fun park next door. I’d read some bad reviews so was pleasantly surprised. Our room had recently been renovated, with new paint and carpet. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful every time we interacted. The breakfast was a good one, as hotel breakfasts go. If you’re planning to do the fun park, it’s the only place to stay, I would say. "

"Charming older property full of character but with current comfort. No coffee in room only bummer but the price was right and great location for daytime activities. Gated parking well worth it but has maybe 15-20 spots so get there early. A second lot nearby and not sure if gated. No need to walk around after dark with Gilded Unicorn restaurant and brewery right there."

"Huge rave to the morning staff who let us grab breakfast as they cleaned. It was our fault for being late but the guys was so kind for making an exception!"

"Nice hotel with lots to offer. It is right on the Spokane River and offers great views. There is a walking path along the river. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is in a really busy area downtown so it can be hard to get in and out of but it is surprisingly fairly quiet."
