"The ventilation in the room was noisier than a jumbo jet taking off. The access to check in was poor with a car. The staff were excellent given that the majority of guests probably suffer similar frustrations as we did. To be honest we would stay somewhere else next time. "

"Absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Really convenient for seeing Brisbane by night, using the river ferries and eating out. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful and the room was old-fashioned but comfortable and with an amazing view. We did a deal to include parking and breakfast and that worked well for us. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating it outside next to the river. We were sad to be only there for one night so didn’t have time to use the swimming pool which also looked great."
