This cozy apartment is located in a perfect spot in Central Arkansas! It’s an eight minute drive to Conway where three colleges (UCA, Hendrix and CBC) are located, many baseball and softball tournaments and 45 minutes from the airport in Little Rock! Other attractions are Greers Ferry Lake, Petit Jean State Park, Mt. Nebo State Park and you can make a day trip to the famous Branson, MO! The apartment has a cozy living room with a tv, fully furnished kitchen, outside grill, 2 bedrooms—1 queen and the other with twin bunk beds and a full bath, and a small yard area.

Comfortable Cottage Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in the wonderful apartment. It was very cozy and had plenty of room to relax. The furnishing and decor were very attractive and the grounds were beautiful.

The property owners are wonderful. Accommodating to all our needs and very good communication before and during the stay! The property is very nice, clean and in a nice location. We played ball in Conway and it was an easy and short drive in between games. Will put this on our favorites if we are back that way!

Perfect stay!

Definitely a cozy little place. We love staying here at the Duncans home. The place is clean, comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend staying especially for women travelers.

Cozy country stay!

My wife, son, and I enjoyed our few hours here! The property was easy to find, immaculate, charming, cozy, and just perfect for our stay. The bunk bed run was fun, and the living room was well-appointed. If you are needing somewhere to stay near this area, do not pass this one up!

Cozy Indeex!

Amazing and definitely cozy apartment! It was super clean, plenty of supplies. The snacks, water and coffee plus toiletries was very generous! The TVs were setup with apps with plenty to watch at night after exploring the town. The neighborhood was beautiful, private! Security light to watch over the driveway and vehicle, cameras around the property as well. Felt very safe! Would highly reccommend!

Perfect spot to watch eclipse

Very nice appartment in a seperate building outside hosts home. Very clean and well built. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Only thing I would have liked was additional seating in livingroom room area. Just had a loveseat and some stools, which was tight for us and our young adult sons.
