Great Location. Right on the Greens Beach Golf Course & 10 minutes walk to the Beach & Tennis Courts. Double Block - Heaps of room for the kids to run around. Relaxed atmosphere. Sit out on the deck and watch the day go by whilst reading your favourite book.

15 minutes away from the Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Museum, Seahorse World & Platypus House at Beauty Point.

Fully furnished and self contained. Towels & Linen provided for up to 8 people. (Please note there is only one shower and toilet at the property)

1 x King Size Bed, 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x Bunks, 1 x Day Bed.

Heat Pump installed. Fully Insulated.

Minimum 2 Night Stay.

Revisiting Our Stay

We look forward to our annual stay at this shack and we were pleasantly surprised by the improvement of the cement slab out the front. We had a friend of my girls stay and he commented on how relaxing and quiet it was and very impressed by games cupboard cupboard.cupcupboard.cucupboard.c

More pride in cleaning needed. Tea towels and bathroom towels too well used. Cupboards need cleaning

Had a good time but home needs a separate toilet area specially when paying for up to 8 guests.This was a very expensive shack experience.

Christmas at Greens Beach

Six family members stayed here for the Christmas week whilst seven others were in a nearby house. Unlike some Greens Beach houses Rick's place is a shack, but with plenty of room and we'll equipped for our group.The high speed NBN was an unexpected bonus. Recommended.

"Our Old Shack" stay

My girls and myself enjoyed our stay immensely once again. Greens Beach is a favourite with us as it brings lots of happy memories and we are fortunate we can continue to make new ones. The many highlights of our stay include - close to the beach via a short walk - huge comfy couch and beds, so relaxing -excellent amenities -lovely shower pressure -Wi-Fi (back in the day getting reception on a clear day on the deck) We look forward to our next stay at "our old shack!" Great location

I should start by saying that I wasn't there because I was sick. This information has been supplied by my sisters. The good stuff: Great location, nice big yard. Lots of beds and extra blankets were provided. Free wifi was great as phone reception was spotty. House was clean and tidy. Lounge was very comfy and good TV reception. Nice big fridge too and enough hot water for all of us. The not so good stuff: Implements in kitchen were grubby and musty and needed washing before use. No condiments were supplied; salt and pepper would have been good. We found the toaster on the second day in the hall cupboard?!? Please be assured, these were minor inconveniences and not game changers for us.

Our Annual Relaxing Getaway

Very welcoming as entire shack was lovely, clean and fresh, bedrooms inviting, windows open, lots of cushions on the huge comfy couch as if just waiting for us to arrive. Really appreciated the air conditioner due to the warmer weather and the fly screens on windows, the variety of books, the games in cupboard to read/play at pleasure and leisure and having those extra cooking/pantry items accessible to use when needed Although the swinging seat was missed..a lot of time was spent on the deck soaking in the sun rays, relaxing on the very comfortable chairs And the T.V....all happy with the upgrade..the size and the easiness of turning it on and off. We look forward to our next holiday at the shack!!!!

Relive family memories

It was lovely to come back to the Old Shack and relive family memories. Most of the things are still the same.eg kitchen, bathroom, games cupboard, the deck however we did appreciate the big comfy couch, the big table and chairs and the flyscreen on the windows. It was a shame the fireplace was closed off as we were all looking forward to roasting our marshmellows(a family tradition). Overall we enjoyed our stay and we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be able to do this and we will be back. Cheers sisters Pip(Phil) and Lou and family

The second couple need to be young and fit

Lovely place to stay. But second main bedroom's bed is raised 900mm from the floor with nothing to assist climbing up to get in and out. We were 2 couples, nearly 80 years old. Only one person could manage to make the climb. Partner had to sleep in an uncomfortable bunk bed. Front main bedroom left nothing to be desired. Other wise the house was very comfortable and well equipped.

Excellent Beach Shack!

We loved our 5 nights stay here. The outlook over the golf course is lovely and it's so close to the beach and an awesome deli. The shack has everything you could need for a family. Loved the breakfast bar, the outdoor swinging chair and the kids toys provided. Oh, and the king sized bed... heavenly!! We could have stayed much longer and hope to again when holidaying in Tassie.

Fantastic Property!

We had a wonderful family holiday at this shack. Clean, heaps of room, lots of things to do and has a gorgeous outlook. This place goes above and beyond what you can expect to find at other accommodation venues. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Fantastic shack

We stayed at Fairways on Greens Beach for 4 nights in January 2017. The shack had everything that we needed and more. The space outside was perfect for the kids and the walk along the track and down to the beach was lovely. We certainly appreciated the toys and board games that were available too. We would not hesitate in staying here again.
