"Ran out of regular coffee every morning of our stay during breakfast hours, 3 days. Very slow to make and bring out fresh pot twice. Ran out of yogurt on day 2, did not have any for last 2 mornings. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged and smelled bad. After maintenance worked on it, drain was still slow to empty."

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life and will be telling everyone I can about it. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I urge you not to book this hotel. There are some wonderful ones in the area"

"The continental breakfast was almost no existent. The juice machine and waffle maker were out of service. There was a sign on the case that contained bagels and bread items that said Limit One and since the was only one person I saw in the breakfast area during my stay, I question how fresh the bread items are. There were no hangers in the room to hang clothes (shirts for example). The hotel only has one ironing board and the front desk also had to provide me with the iron. Interestingly my “non-smoking” room had an ashtray on the dresser. Also, the safety bar in the shower was loose and would be useless in event of someone needing it. Gaps around the door allowed some bugs to get in."
