"We really enjoyed our stay as we checked out all things Lincoln in Springfield. Only 15 to 20 min drive to downtown! Quiet countryside setting surrounded by fields and cornfields. Saw several deer in the fields out back and one right off the front porch. Communication with the host was great and check-in process was super easy. Great price and very clean and comfortable environment. Also, the shower with the jets was very popular with the kids. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!"

"Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. It was especially hot outside during our stay and the house was a very comfortable temperature with the ability to adjust certain rooms to be warmer or cooler to your needs, which was especially pleasing given the historic nature of the home. You will not be disappointed renting the entire house for an event or a single room for yourself. We loved everything about Three Pines and will be back to celebrate anniversaries and events for years to come!"

"This is an awesome location for conveniently getting to everything around Springfield while being a nice family neighborhood. The house felt comfortable with tons of space. Cleanliness was not what we’re used to at rental homes where we usually stay and many parts felt well-worn, so not especially the “modern like new luxury” stated in the title. This is more like stepping into someone’s vacation home while they’re away which was very nice and comfortable for us but don’t expect perfection in the way we have often become accustomed to in many vrbos."
