"I made this booking at the very last minute. The room was lovely and is ideal for accessing Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the wineries in Nelson County. Bed was comfy, bathroom good, and had a microwave and fridge. There is no on site staff, which would not have been a problem except I booked very very last minute. "Would be nice to know before I checked in that the pool is closed for maintenance. I picked that hotel because it had a pool. It was my little vacation with my kids and we were so excited to go to the pool but I guess this is not so important to inform your guests about it. I would probably pick different hotel for my next trip"

"I don't usually do reviews. Hotel was not fancy but very clean & well maintained. Quick access to I81. Good variety of breakfast options. Hot foods were hot and cold drinks were cold. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Very quiet despite proximity to the highway. All staff said hello as we passed in the hallway. Very friendly Assistant manager checked me in & was helpful in my orientation to the area. Many restaurants and several grocery stores in close driving (not walking) distance. I would stay there again."

"Every single thing was phenomenal- Clean and organized. AC, microwave, fridge, TV work great. Hot water great. All the amenities is great except the coffee. The coffee is basically water, too watery, and that is true in more than 5 different Motel 6 I've been from Harrisonburg, Staunton, Charlottesville, Richmond, and around Petersburg' area. A bit of improvement in the coffee makes everything perfect!!!!"
