"Spent a long weekend with 19 family members. All enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of space to socialize or get away alone. The activities that were available made it a fun weekend. Any questions were answered quickly. We highly recommend the cabin."

"The house and property were clean and well maintained the owner was very responsive to all questions. The owner notified us that mosquitoes had become a problem but they had the grounds professionally sprayed. We brought a couple of foggers and had no problems with the pests. Only one small quibble, there is no view of the pond from the house— otherwise perfect!"

The property was absolutely beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. I loved watching the horses from the porch and bathroom window! My husband and I don't have a negative thing to say- the cabin was perfect for us!"

"We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024 and had a great time. The area is beautiful. The lake is quiet and calm, and the sounds of nature were abundant. The cabin (and hot tub) were very clean."

"Loved the quiet serenity of the cabin. Back in the woods surrounded by nature with easy access to Morgantown just 15 minutes to the north and Nashville just 20 minutes to the south. Nashville is full of shops and restaurants to suite the taste of most anyone. The cabin itself was very clean with all of the essentials. A nice fireplace that cranks out the heat and only needs to be switched on to enjoy (on top of the mantle)."

"The location was great, secluded enough but quick access to any where we wanted to go. There was a strange smell in the back bathroom and bedroom when we arrived. We had to go buy air freshener."

"The cabin was clean and updated. The lake being a few steps off the front porch was also a great addition! Although we didn’t get to enjoy the cabin as much as we would have liked (we were there for graduation weekend), I’d say over all the stay was great. I would definitely like to come back again and just spend the weekend on the property relaxing. The only downside is it’s right next to a dairy farm and it does smell at time, but it was nothing that ruined our stay. Would definitely recommend...

"Love the cabin!! Very relaxing weather out front on the porch or out back in the hot tub our playing games. Bring your own outside chairs for the back. There are tables and benches but if relaxing out back wood can be uncomfortable. Nice pond to fish with plenty of bluegill and small bass. Lots of kitchen ware that the wife did enjoy. Thiers even ps2 with games for the kids if you bring with you. All in all i give a 5* rating!!"

"This is a rustic cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed the lake. Porch back porch was a wonderful place to have coffee. Bed was comfortable. New couch and loveseat was perfect addition. Would stay there again."

"Serene location, cozy and clean cabin, and many helpful and fun accessories such as cornhole game, iron, and baby gate (except it wasn’t wide enough before wanted to block the porch stairs so our dog couldn’t leave the porch). A bit inconvenient to have to pick up the key in Nashville and then proceed to the cabin, rather than using a code like most places do. One minor issue was that some of the dishes weren’t clean and we had to rewash before using. We would definitely rent this place again."

"The hotel was modern but the service was a little lack luster. They seemed overwhelmed for breakfast service and understaffed. However we were there for the eclipse so they may have been overwhelmed."

"Nice property in downtown. Not new, but has charm. Location for activities is great. If you don’t do well with night nose, may not be ideal. I have no problem falling asleep, so no issue for me."
