"A lovely older property. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable, my son was fine on the sofa bed. The bathroom is old but was very clean and the shower had good pressure. We weren’t sure whether we had access to the washer/dryer on the landing. Would be great if that was included. Would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment was just as described. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Easy parking and a short commute to downtown activities. Tammy, the manager, was easy to communicate with and sent superb directions to the apartment and the security system. I would definitely stay again when in Gteenville!"

"The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The apartment is in an old mill and they have completely renovated it. Super cool place to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. Husband and I were here for work but staying here was a nice getaway and we were able to pretend we were a young, hip couple. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but we felt very safe in and around the building."

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."
