"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family. The home is fully equipped, clean, more spacious than the pictures show. Very comfortable beds! Daily feeding of the ducks with our two year old, Going on hikes in the national park right across from the home. Very thoughtful touches like welcome package and daily food for the ducks. "

"Our family had such a wonderful vacation at Holy Cow Farms! The house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were so much fun to use, the views and sunsets were breathtaking, the screened in porch was a great resting place - we can’t say enough good things about Holy Cow Farms. Doug and Lou Lyn were exceptional hosts and were so welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here!"

Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

10/10 Excellent

"During checking in the clerk, quoted me a different price that was sent to my phone through email from hotel.com . They were charging me the price that they charge customers booking directly from them. The clerk at check-in was very rude and never smiled, She made me feel very uncomfortable as if it was my fault that i was being over charged. She made me feel uncomfortable while other others were standing around, waiting to check in. I felt so embarrassed because I knew what price I was quoted through hotels.com was not the price they were charging me. She said that the Manager would have to correct it. Upon checking out when I received my receipt it had the correct price on the receipt. When I checked my credit card account I was charged the hotel’s rate and not hotel.com rate. This was not a good experience for a family vacation for me. I was very disappointed with the experience that I had. I called the manager later to let her know they overcharged me and she said that it would be reimbursed to my card within 3 to 5 days. I am waiting to see if they reimburse me. If they don’t reimburse me, I will dispute the charges with my bank. I hope this gets resolved before I have to call the bank because I believe the price that was quoted to me through hotels.com is the price that they should have charged my credit card. I hope someone addresses this issue and even speaks to the representative at the service desk that was very rude to me and never apologized for her actions."

"Overall, my stay here was very good. Staff was top notch, room was clean and comfy, they even opened the pool a little early for me and my wife since we were early risers. Really a good experience. They only thing I can complain about is the classic hotel, cheapest toilet paper possible, but that is nitpicking. Definitely would stay there again and the bistro and Starbucks in the lobby was great and so convienent. "
