"There were no carts available to take our luggage to the room. We had to make two trips to get everything up there. The staff said someone took them to their room and didn't return them. The A/C didn't keep the room cool. I would say it was because the bed was too close to the unit. "

"Just a basic hotel. No breakfast provided. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not available at 7:15. We went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. We only stayed at this hotel because most hotels were booked out or the prices for a room was totally out of site due to the George Strait concert at Clemson University. We drove up from Florida for a family funeral. Only thing positive was the hotel was clean. We will not be staying at this hotel for any future trips."

"I was scammed at that hotel. I paid nearly $100 to reserve my room, but when I arrived, the front desk was closed. I called, and they told me that no rooms were available and that they couldn't do anything for me. So, I do not recommend it."
