"My kids and I had a wonderful stay. It was close to the beach so we did not have to drive but 3 minutes tops. The pool was within walking distance. For a neighborhood with some active construction, it was pretty quiet. Tip: If going during summer mosquito months, I suggest packing some sort of mosquito fogger, candle in order to enjoy the cute outside area. The mosquitos were out for blood in that area! "

"Everything was good process wise. There was a lot of noise from adjacent highway. You need an engineering degree to put way the sofabed. Added cleanliness needs be given to the sofabed. Keurig did not work."

"This place was a great little get away, donā€™t let the outside photos deter you from booking the place, the cottage is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family, itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shops, Chris was also very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and weā€™re looking forward to going back"

"We chose Las MaƱanitas for a quick family birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic. The home was beautiful and well thought out. The only thing I would recommend is updating the cookware (the nonstick cookware was all scraped and scratched up) and providing more than one dish towel for guests. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend Las MaƱanitas."

"Short stay with family. I think we chose a great time to go. I think it was us and maybe a few others in community so it was pretty vacant. I was kind of worried with the layout of how the houses were compared to parking, distance to pool and distance to pathway to beach but it was all very reasonable. We walked it with kids wagon etc. we did have some issues which Iā€™ve never experience with any of our stays on Vrbo. When we arrived there were no keys left in lock box as instructed. Then no one...

"We had a great stay! The house was clean, nicely updated, in a great location, came with nice resort amenities, it was all around great. I would have liked to receive a map of the resort upon checkin and also a list of check out responsibilities would have been nice to have. We emptied trash cans and started the dishwasher, but we were unsure if we needed to strip the beds or wash dirty towels. We would definitely go back!"

"It was a good location just outside of town. Bed is very firm, but that is really the only thing that I personally don't sleep the best with. But otherwise, the house itself is very nice. Decorated very well and they used the space well. The only drawback was a little construction in the area that these are located in early in the morning. Once that is done, it should be an even better place to stay. "
