Parfait

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Pour fréquenter beaucoup d'hotel, je peux dire que celui ci est parfait, puissent les autres s'en inspirer, calme, propre, confortable et un petit detail mais qui fait du bien à notre planète, pas de verres en plastique dans la salle de bain. Merci à vous. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir si je suis de nouveau à Grenoble.

Un excellent rapport Qualité prix. L'accueil est vraiment agréable et efficace. Conseils données sur demande. La chambre + salle de bain sont propres. Le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait plus mais rien de grave. Pas de bruit entendu. Hotel bien accessible Les équipements dans la chambre sont standard mais en adéquation avec le tarif. Petit déjeuner à 2 possibilité: simple ou brunch à 9€50. Une grande sélection de thés.

Je dirai que malgré la décoration un peu vieillotte, les services sont là, la propreté est au top, le personnel est très compétent, serviable et disponible. Il y a un maximum de services. Le matelas est très confortable.J'y ai très bien dormi. De plus, il est très bien desservi par les bus et est à côté des commerces et pas très loin de la gare. Je le recommande

Entre gare et centre ancien, mais la rue peut être difficile à trouver. La contrepartie est d'être à l'abri du bruit des grands axes. Pour le stationnement, je ne sais pas dire, j'étais en transports. L'insonorisation des cloisons internes semble faible de jour, mais je n'ai rien entendu la nuit. Différentes tailles de chambres à ce qu'on peut voir sur le plan d'évacuation. La mienne suffisait pour une personne et une nuit. A deux et si la météo empêche de sortir plusieurs jours de suite, ça peut lasser rapidement. Certaines chambres ont une terrasse, mais par 0¨ elle ne m'a pas manqué, et a vue sur la cour n'a rien de spécial. Le chauffage était adapté à la saison (et la journée était un peu ventée)... sauf dans le hall qui était plutôt froid. La déco est un peu spéciale (voir les photos du hall), et permet de faire oublier celle d'origine là o elle est encore présente. Un des carreaux de la SdE était fendu, mais j'ai vu pire au Forum de Londres, qui coute au moins le double. Le témoin de veille de la TV est très visible, et placé à 2m du sol. Moi cela ne m'a pas gêné, mais d'autres le seront peut-être. Il y avait un valet de nuit, ce qui est assez rare, une table, un vide-poche servant de support au téléphone, un placard de rangement, mais pas de socle pour valise. Ayant juste un sac à dos, cela ne m'a pas gêné.

Someone else was in our room

A friend and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. After the first night, we were asked to leave our key at the desk so that housekeeping could get into the room. When we got back to the hotel at the end of the day, the woman at the desk could not find our key. She used the master key to enter our room and found another girl in the room - along with our wallets, passports, and all of our belongings. We were very disappointed by the lack of security and carelessness about our possessions and our safety, as anyone could have entered the room while we were gone. It seemed there was a mix-up and they gave the girl the wrong key, but all of our things could have been stolen or damaged. The lack of professional staff and mistreatment of the keys really took away from our stress-free vacation. I would not recommend.

Hotel vintage

Struttura vecchio stampo con arredi vintage. Camera discreta con vista sul "cortile" circondato da palazzi popolari. Per il prezzo pagato e sua posizione posso comunque essere sodisfatto del posto.

Un bon hôtel

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, une chambre propre et confortable. Petit bémol cependant, je ne sais pas si je suis tombé sur la mauvaise nuit mais le quartier a été très bruyant toute la nuit avec les cris des fêtards qui m'ont dérangé jusqu'à 2h de matin : pas terrible pour ceux qui souhaitent être en forme pour une journée pro par exemple (c'était mon cas). J'ai trouvé également le petit déjeuné assez chère. Autrement au niveau de l’hôtel lui-même rien à redire, à recommander.

The room was very little. The door to the wardrobe could not be closed and the same goes for the bathroom. I think that the price (about 100 Euros/night) was too high for such a room, which did not include breakfast.

Un petit moins : nous avons réservé une chambre famille et avons hérité deux deux chambres double. Pas très pratique lorsque les enfants sont jeunes... Certes nous avons été prévenus a l'avance (4 jours) mais trop red pour modifier qq chose lors d'un grand WE de départ au ski.
