Nice rooms and very convenient. Hotel was being renovated so the public areas were not available at this time. A little hard to find and parking is a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful room. Leave time to take a bath in wonderful tub. Excellent location. The only problem was noise outside late on a festive Saturday night as would be the same for any hotel in this area.

Hotel is very comfortable with a good breakfast. Noise from the street at night (up to 2am in the morning) is annoying.

The hotel itself was great - large, spacious rooms, including a full soaking tub and huge shower, very clean and comfortable room. We had a small balcony to enjoy the views. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only a 5 minute walk to the Bastille where we enjoyed riding the cable cars up the mountain for an amazing view. However, the immediate area outside the hotel and throughout the city, we did not feel safe - even in the daytime. Do you research on crime and the sections to avoid. We made the mistake of walking from the train station to the hotel, but took an uber on the way back because we did not want to venture out, It's a shame because this city has so much potential. Even in the local coffee shop, there are signs on the table inside to be aware of pickpockets.

It’s not bad, but there’s not much delights either. Personnel we’re friendly and professional across the board, but other than that it’s average. It’s like the chain itself. It offers lower mid-tier quality at mid tier prices, sprinkled with small annoyances. Breakfast is sort of expensive compared to what one gets, the sink / tap combo easily splashes water all over, decoration is … well, partly refurnished, yet at the same time you feel like you got back to nineties. As said, all in all not a bad experience, particularly due to professional and friendly staff, but at the same time nothing to celebrate either.
