"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"I had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the local attractions by tram. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

There are one floor of stairs that was not disclosed. The elevator in the listing goes from first floor up. "The apartment has everything we needed, kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook.. would have like some mugs as had to make tea in glasses. Bedroom wall needs some attention - paint and plaster flaking off. No air conditioning on this visit as it was being fixed but the owner provided two fans which were more than satisfactory. Property lacks everything including toilet paper, gabage bag, etc. etc. so we had to go to grocery to buy all daily stuff. Owner only wants to collect money but not provide necessarties for guests stay. Not a good experience."
