"I have to say everything was wonderful. I was able to do what I came for..RELAX!! Compass Cove is in a great location, I loved the amenities..multiple hot tubs, the lazy river pool. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. The oceanfront room with balcony was breathtaking & very clean. I WILL BE BACK!! I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT COMPASS COVE RESORT"

"Good apartments. But had to move after 1 night as apartment meant for us was already occupied. Then the refurbishment commenced - no advance warning, no apologies and chaos began with the lifts. 4 lifts went down to 2 lifts - yet again no warning of this. Not unusual to wait more than 10mins for a lift empty enough to get into. WiFi was also particularly weak - just 2 bars in the main and you had to log in every time you left the apartment- even when you went out onto the balcony. On the plus side, apartments very comfortable, beds very comfortable and without refurbishment effects would have been awesome. "

"Great ocean view from our room's balcony. The pool area was nice-- it works on a sunny day or a rainy day at the covered pool. Lots of spots in the hotel with balcony chairs and places to sit for cards or talking. Breakfast had a good selection and eating area. "
