Soiled towels on floor and stains in bathroom facilities. Bed was not changed and there was food on the floor. After walking up several flights of stairs to seventh floor with luggage, it was disappointing. Called and messaged but no reply for several hours, even more disappointment. "This place is lovely, cute, newly done and all the amenities. Our property manager was great and welcoming. Check in he met us out front after our train and went through the whole unit with us. The only thing was the building is still under renovations (I believe they are just finishing up) once the courtyard and other units are done this will be magnificent! I would definitely rent it next time I am in Paris once the construction is complete. "
