We enjoyed our stay here Was super quiet other than when the navy was doing practice drills of some kind .. at night Otherwise great and convenient to get to places to eat or sights to see. Great food and pool

We stayed at this property specifically for location to Navy base. I was unaware it was Marriott until we checked in and was not allowed to obtain points. The evening staff member was nice, but morning was grouchy.

Overall great stay

Pretty good hotel overall. The shower head was broken and was the only thing I didn't like about this hotel. Thank you for the great stay❤️

Over all stay was great. Good location, not far from base, dining, train station & shuttle service to base. Only thing I would recommend is to provide dish soap, a sponge or wash cloth & dish towel. This way guests don’t have to buy their own supplies.

I don't like the fact that upon check out I did not receive a hard copy of my final bill they said it would be emailed which I never received and I stayed one night but they charge my credit card for 2 nights! Not cool very unprofessional and know waiting for results for refund through travel company or will proceed with credit card company.

The hotel was nice.. women staff friendly, men staff .. not so much , my toilet would not stop running , so moved me to an upgraded room , the pool outside was filthy.. maybe it’s off season , so the don’t clean it ,

The property Was okay, but has a way to go to be associated with Marriott. Staff were courteous, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was adequate, but there was no diet sugar substitute. The American coffee was not good, and only offered on the weekend, not weekday. One day, I had a knock on the door, it was housekeeping, I asked them to com back later. They didn’t, when I returned later in the evening. I had to go to the front desk (because there was no answer to my call) to request toilet paper, & towels.

Rooms not ready

We arrive one hour after check-in was possible but the rooms where not ready. We were told to wait for 5 minutes but it took a whole hour. Had we been told that, we would have gone out for a walk in the area.

Billing was confusing. I was lead to believe i am paid for the entire stay. Upon check out, I said I'll be back to get my wallet in the room. Reception responded that I can't leave because with the suitcases it appears I am leaving. Frankly that was an insult. Im leaving the suitcases to be retrieve later. The housekeepers on the other hand are polite and friendly.

The room was very big and we had a very large balcony. The bar was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The location was good for us since we were visiting relatives at the nearby U. S. Navy Base. The front desk did not always understand our request. The front desk could not change our large Euro's for smaller Euro's. The bathroom was set up for only 1 person and there were 2 of us. I had to ask the front desk twice during our stay to have the bathroom stocked for 2 people. Additionally, if I didn't have bar soap from a previous hotel we would have had no soap at all. There was no refrig in the room. Plus no microwave in the room or electric water kettle. There was no a/c in the room, and it was hot at night. We were told that the a/c was central and wasn't yet turned on for the year. The mattresses were very hard.

First…the name is INCREDIBLY misleading. “Inn Naples Airport” is an 80 euro Taxi from Naples Airport!!!!!! Had I known…and my bad for not looking on the map to SEE this hotel is NOWHERE near the Naples Airport…at least 30minutes. We then told front desk we needed a 7am taxi to get an 8:30 ferry over to Positano. Apparently, no taxi available in the area until 7:30…ok..so half our drive..we had our ferry tickets and figured we could make it. Get to lobby at 7:00 to get out asap..another man shows up…long story short, front desk clerk gave our cab to this other man waiting…2nd cab shows up at 7:50 and we drive into ferry lot to see it sailing away. Next ferry was at 2:20pm…we waited in Napoli in pouring rain for 6hours. Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE..especially if you need to be in Napoli or near the airport, it is way too far out!!!! Between the outrageous taxi fares getting there and back to town and missing our taxi due to distance and the front desk…it was a horrible travel experience.
