"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see anyone else except the cats! Once you're installed, it's the perfect place for a digital detox although there is some basic wifi. The kitchen had everything we needed and the change of pace was exactly what we were after. I'm missing this lovely home already. Thank you for having us! Harry & Bruno."

"Staying in this stunning apartment in Arezzo was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, Stefano (and his gorgeous dog Spritz) made us feel completely at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with classic Italian charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the elegant decor to the stunning bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Arezzo and nearby cities and towns (Florence, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona and San Gimignano). The location is unbeatable. It is in a quiet area and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The car parking area was also close by. We never had trouble securing a space each day. Our host, Stefano, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips and restaurant recommendations and even cooking an amazing meal for us on our last night. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more special, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Overall, this apartment in Arezzo is a gem, combining comfort, style, and an authentic Tuscan experience. We would return in a heartbeat, especially in winter, when we can enjoy the magnificent fireplace, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "

"Firstly, the property was absolutely perfect. It was big, all air conditioned (when it’s so hot outside it needs to be) and really felt like a home from home. All the bedrooms are big and the shutters make it super dark at nighttime for sensitive sleepers. It had everything that we needed and more, with lots of different areas to sit and relax. The pool was beautiful, larger than I was expecting and a great infinity effect as you look over at Cortona. The location was great. Close enough to Cortona and shops etc to feel connected, but not too close so that you still felt lovely peace and quiet of being in the countryside. Lots of walks to go on from the house and lots of other towns to visit in the area. We loved it. And finally Stefania and Luigi were fantastic hosts. No fuss or bother at all, and they were always available to help. They couldn’t have done more for us and their friendliness was great! Would definitely return, thank you!"
