What a perfect stay!! I absolutely loved our room, it was so cute and the patio was so perfect! The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was top notch. We will be back.

Close to altstadt.
wish they told me their lovely would be closed for a private dinner before I showed up and Thomas curtly turned me away away and would not suggest where I might go instead, but the manager who welcomed me initially, she was cool, and the place was otherwise perfect for my needs.

Löhnburg is a small town away from most big cities. However, this hotel which has been operated for 190 years by the same family, is amazing. There are many interesting towns around it and it is helpful for people touring the region by bicycle. Every staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant is wonderful. It has most of the amenities one would expect to find in a 4.5 to 5 star hotel in a larger city.

I was impressed from beginning to the end of my stay. The hotel was very modern and I found it very comforting. Don't be fooled by the unimpressive exterior because once you step inside, it'll be like being in a modern art museum.

Property is not a Ritz Carlton ... BUT for a small German town this is a Gem !
We stayed three nights and the room (#7) was wonderful. No frills, like Coffee Maker or other fancy gadgets that in the end you really don't need (but pay for).
A few thoughts: If you plan on having breakfast the Hotel offers a GREAT variety in the morning. Absolutely worth it!
At the corner of the "Market Square" is a small restaurant called "Sterntaler - Wirtshaus und Biergarten". If you don't go there for dinner,...
