The staff was very nice but found the room to be in not a good condition with roaches in the floor and not being clean also normal things like a door was broken see picture you could see through a crack even though it was closed

I woke up in the night and little roaches running around in the bathroom and on the dresser . Made it very hard to go back to sleep, luckily for me I only stayed 1 night but never again. Not to mention the elevator was out of order . Bathroom was gross and poorly maintained

Was in need of a quick stay for the night and was able to book quickly online which was a bonus. When I arrived to the room it was late and upon going in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom light switch was missing out of the socket...leading me to shower in the dark. Whenever I turned on the shower it started spraying everywhere due to a leak. There was also a leak in the floor causing water to come through the hardwood in the hallway. The room got the job done and the service from the staff was quick/easy.

It was a good stay.

I was disappointed that the pool area and pool was not heated so we could not use the pool. I did ask about the pool when I checked in. The employees were very nice and helpful. Place was clean.

Staff was friendly. Based on the price of the hotel and area of the hotel, everything was ok. Found a dirty socks in the window, chair in room was broken and bathroom toilet intermittently made a flushing noise when not in use. Breakfast was great, good variety and great presentation. It was an acceptable hotel, and would stay again based on the experience

Kids kept being hit with pool noodles and couldnt enjoy the pool, area smelled strong of weed. The 3 ladys that i was able to meet that worked front deck was kind and loving towards my family. But even the room it self was nasty my kids couldnt sleep on the pull out sofa due to it being dirty and stick. The table was stick with black stuff and list goes on. Will not stay again due to the issues but hope it gets better!

My only complaint is the water never really got hot. It was lukewarm at best. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was appreciated.
