"Situation magnifique à 5 min à pied du centre du village avec une vue grandiose sur toute la région. Jardin bien ombragé avec 2 terrasses et bien aménagé. Maison bien agréable, mais une chambre mentionnée est une mezzanine sur le salon, donc pas vraiment indépendante. Quelques petits soucis : pas de wifi ( Abritel va nous rembourser un montant, mais encore rien reçu), sécurité et pompe piscine défectueuses, des poignées de porte et fenêtre abimées... Cette magnifique demeure mériterait quelques...

"We loved our stay at this property. It was a special family time for us and we enjoyed it immensely. The house and pool and gardens were charming and perfect. It was very easy to use the kitchen and bathroom. The owner is wonderful and he took us on a bee keeping expedition to see his hives, which was an absolute highlight for us. I recommend this property most highly."

"Location correspond parfaitement au descriptif, idéal pour être au calme après les visites nombreuses à faire autour et silencieux, très bien agencée et pratique, et bien sécurisé pour des enfants ou des animaux. Accueil très chaleureux sans être envahissant. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter (mais nous changeons souvent de région). Nous recommandons pour des familles cherchant le calme tout en étant proche de possibilités de visites."

"The house is great, with lovely views to distant hills and in a very attractive garden. Our daughter, who is autistic, loved the pool. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the oil, vinegar, spices and kitchen roll which saved us buying these. The bottle of rose and home-made terrine, gifts from Sonia and Laurent were delicious. The situation is perfect - close enough to the attractive town of Malaucene but set in a quiet and attractive...

"My wife and I stayed here with a 10 month boy as our first holiday. The villa is an excellent space and in great condition. The pool and garden area are brilliant and meant we could real relax at the property and not always need to go out. Vincent and Maud were great hosted with quick communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend."

"Wir (2 Familien) wurden von der Gastgeberin, die direkt nebenan im eigenen Haus lebt, sehr nett begrüßt und es wurde uns alles gezeigt/erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, in 2 von 4 Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, somit lässt sich das Haus auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur gut kühlen. Die 3 Bäder und separaten Toiletten sind neuwertig, insgesamt entspricht die Beschreibung sehr gut der Realität. Ein Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad/WC befindet sich außerhalb des Haupthauses...

"This was a perfect stay for us. The villa is just outside the main town (which was much larger and livelier than we had anticipated, a good choice of supermarkets and an excellent bakery.) "My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. The fact there was no WiFi (which is not Alains fault) did cause us problems and we wish we had been warned before we left so we could have compensated. "Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. La propriétaire a été très accommodante et nous a même permis d'arrivé plus tôt pour nous permettre de faire notre télétravail. L'internet était très rapide (470Mbps). "Great location for us. We made lots of day trips to markets, Ardèche kayaking, sight seeing, visiting vineyards and wine tasting. Everything was between 30-60 minutes drive which was perfect. The property was well equipped with everything you need. A lovely touch with the welcome basket for our first night and enjoyed by all. The air conditioning was a godsend in the beautiful 40 degree heat, making for a comfortable night’s. sleep. Great to have all towels and pool towels and linens provided....

"Une semaine passée dans cette jolie maison avec un accueil très sympathique de Gaelle. Malheureusement l'extérieur est très décevant. Une petite terrasse grillagée, avec des cailloux salissant, une petite piscine entourée de grillage, dans un autre enclos et des maisons tout autour..., quelques arbres.....Je regrette cette location mais heureusement nous avons apprécié les villages médiévaux, la rivière, les balades....La région."
