"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there ..."
