"I went to leave my room and the door lock did not work and I could not secure my room. Front desk staff gave me another room (upgrade) immediately. The location is wonderful, stayed with my dog, went for a beautiful walk at lake front, visiting stores on main road. Beautiful. "

"Great stay in quaint, walkable Grimsby downtown core! Maria is the best host. Not only is she helpful and responsive but she looks out for guests' safety and takes complete responsibility for any inquiries & issues we may've had. She's also very receptive to your feedback. Apartment is as shown & described. Had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. It's air conditioned with window AC (one unit in the dining area and another in the bedroom), so if you're okay with that, you're good. Great in every way. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here with my brother while visiting Niagara for a few weekdays, and this place is a gem for the price! If you aren’t someone who minds a little bit of a drive, 30min to the falls and 90min to toronto, this place is perfect for someone who wants more of a small town, homey feeling. No rowdiness or big city bustle, just a quaint stay in the sweet town of Grimsby, great place for an evening stroll.The room was very clean, utilities worked well, fully furnished kitchen, neighbors were respectful and quiet, easy to find with the host’s instructions, free parking, and in a stellar location right above an italian restaurant. Overall, it’s a great stay for a small price and exactly what I look for when I lodge.The only possible critiques I have is that I did have to contact the host first on occasion for relevant information such as check-in instructions, but it wasn’t a big deal because they responded very promptly! The bed is a little stiff, but nothing a mattress pad or pillow under the knee can’t fix. Really, there isn’t much to complain about. Fantastic option to consider in one’s travels.I recommend for breakfast Nurish Kitchen, a Turkish restaurant right around the corner. Very delicious!"
