"I think the owner is trying to make some specific upgrades, but it is an older unit that is showing some wear and tear. If you make an upgrade, bring the whole room up to date.The bunk bed was wobbly, so our grandson used the bottom. One of the mattresses on the top floor was so bad that my daughter-in-aw slept on the floor for both nights.
