"This was my third stay in Sayulita and defines wort. To start off, there was no one at the reception during our whole stay. The room was really nice however, one of the AC units in the main room smelled bad and there was mold around the unit. There was a water shut off and we had difficulties showering and after that day due to what we later found were clogged shower heads. Even though we put in a maintenance request due to having trickling water issue was only fixed when we an ourselves removed the shower head. There were bugs in the main room that I woke up to one morning on the floor and closer and some on my bed. There were no door sweeps on the door so anything could come in from the outside. There was a smashed gecko in one of the door ways. There was a hotel or bar near by that made it hard to have a good night’s rest due to getting early morning when the roosters called for the sun (my favorite part not at all a complaint). "

"INCREDIBLY LOUD AT NIGHT! The doors are not insulated so you can hear all road noise and music on the street late into the night. The manager refused to let me refund when I couldn't sleep on my first night. Its a pity because its actually a really nice hotel with a fantastic location, they just need to invest in insulation for the doors. "

"Beautiful hotel The pool needs some care and the bar needs a blender for drinks. Very limited on choice of drinks. Other than that great place to stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this adorable casita! The views and deck are so beautiful. Greg is super nice and his garden spaces, interior design and art are so fun to explore. We fell in love with the tiny kitty and fed her our leftover scraps from dinner each night (she loves steak :)The hill: it takes 1 min 45 seconds to walk up - the top third is actually steps. Zero issues, even in Birkenstocks. Was actually glad for the exercise after drinking our weight in margs for two weeks.There was construction on the last couple days, but I went to the beach and it was wrapped up by the time I got back. It seems that the price is probably already reflective of that, so we felt it was a great value."

"We just stayed at Mi Otra Casa and it was fabulous. The location is second to none. Less then 100 yards from the downtown plaza. The place was super clean and very well maintained. Alicia and Rigo were unbelievably kind and helpful. Gave us a garage to park and charge the golf cart. They had beach mat, umbrellas and chairs to use that we took to the beach. The daily room cleaning was immaculate. Beach towels provided we brought back. The pool temp was perfect and super clean. If you are going to Sayulita stay here it’s close to everything. We had room #4 the Agua room with our own private hot tub on the balcony. It was absolutely perfect and we will 100% be returning here! Don’t sleep on the El Pastor Tacos on the corner they are FIRE!"
