"We had a great stay for a family reunion. The property has lots of privacy and we were able to spread out in the different units. The views are spectacular and you can check out the surf break before heading down in the morning to the beach! The house has lots of thoughtful touches and the kitchens were very well stocked with dishes pots, pans and cutlery. We did lots of cooking. It is not close to town, so the golf carts were VERY important to our group. People walked to town a little bit but it is a decent 15-20 min walk and up a hill so very hot. Our clan loved the golf carts so this was not an issue for us. We did end up renting an extra cart as we really needed a space for each person. The pool is small but totally fine for our teens to plunge and play. It would have been nice to have a place for a big dining room table for our group of 13, but we moved all of the cute small tables into the kitchen of one of the units to be able to sit together. It worked for us. The AC worked great, and the purified water dispensers in every room were awesome. There are LOTS of stairs, so anyone with mobility limitations would potentially have a hard time.Probably the thing that we were disappointed about was the two rooms at the low part of the property (the two Zen rooms) smelled basement-y. We kept the fans on and aired them out and we mainly hung out in the other parts of the house. Ester is the local contact and is fantastic. Super responsive and organized! We would return!"
