"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

Frühstücksbufett empfanden wir als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Dinner Buffett war gut mit Verbesserungspotential. Hotel is situated at a through traffic road from Bad Saarow to Storkow (and A12). Quite noisy till late in the evening."
