Waterfront Retreat, Lake Limestone

Welcome to our waterfront retreat. Enjoy the peaceful quiet setting . You can surely get that ahhhhh moment relaxing on the back porch with the water just a few feet away. Take the opportunity to sit on the pier at night and enjoy the breeze blowing across the lake. Bring the kids and fish from the pier, swim, and then take a spin in the paddle boat. The slow sloping, smooth sandy bottom, is ideal for kids who love the water. Pull your boat up to the pier and enjoy the entire lake. Bring your jug lines and fill up on catfish. You'll find a fish cleaning station on the covered patio. Pellet smoker/gas grill combo awaits on the back porch. Two queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a queen and a twin inflatable mattresses available if needed. Be sure to check out the updates that we have done during this spring of 2022. The cabinets and countertops have been updated throughout the house. The big addition is a new sun deck and french doors accessing the deck from the 2 lakeside bedrooms! For those that just have to have a television during their getaway, we have wifi and a large screen tv in the living room, dvd player and a large selection of dvds. I'll be glad to provide as much information as I can about the excellent fishing, local bait shop, catching your own bait, local grocery store and more.

Needed Vacation

The house was wonderful. The beds were soft, rooms were cool to sleep in. Everything was provided pots pans dishes cups toaster coffee pot. We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent fishing place!

We go on an annual fishing trip with our elder parents. They have so much fun at this place and the fishing never disappoints. The place is nice, the movie selection is great. We look forward to staying here every year!!

Great location and house!

2nd time renting this cabin! Love the location and fishing here. The owner is great too! Grand kids love the deck and huge yard! Fishing off the dock in the evening is the best!

Great place for fishing!

Our family has now stayed here 2 years in a row, and the fishing has been great both times. The house is as listed and it is comfortable and perfect for a fishing weekend. The owner is super responsive.

we enjoyed the stay. The fishing was great. All the food and puzzles and games were fun. The only problem we had was with the nest thermostat. Not one of us ever had a nest thermostat we had trouble trying to set it. But it all worked out in the end.

Week on the lake

My husband and I had a beautiful week on Lake Limestone. The October weather was warm and the lake inviting. The house was clean and well furnished, even some basic supplies were left in the kitchen for guests to use. Overall, we had a fine stay.
